All booking contracts are made with Douglas Barnes of Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Limited, 1 Low Road, Holbeach, Spalding, PE12 8JN.
Liability

We shall not be responsible for any:
- Loss or damage to any property including, vehicles and personal effects
- Loss of income, revenue or business
- Injury, fatal or non fatal to you or your guests, unless caused by a negligent act or omission by us

These circumstances are known as ‘Force Majeure’ events and are circumstances that we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) adverse weather, natural disaster, fire, industrial action, disease or any other similar events outside of our control. we will endeavour to manage any problems caused as a result of a Force Majeure event but shall be under no obligation to do so and shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by a Force Majeure event.
We cannot accept liability in relation to any claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us within seven days from the end of your stay with us.
