Rally Size
The maximum sized rally that we can accommodate on our Rally Field is 60 units.
Rally Licencing
All groups intending to hold a rally on our site must hold either:
- Club Meetings or Rally Exemption
- Supervised and Occupied Sites Exemption
Making a Rally Booking
Each rally must designate a rally organiser who is responsible for making and paying for the booking.
You can make a booking by calling 01406 426085. Please ensure that you provide us with all the necessary information relating to your rally including number of units, guests, any optional extras that your guests require and the contact details for the rally organiser.
All units must not exceed the maximum occupancy that their unit is designed to hold. A maximum of two dogs are permitted per unit.
Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Ltd reserve the right to request guests to leave in the case of unit over-occupancy or request that they pay for alternative accommodation such as our Caravan Hire if available.
Pricing
While prices may vary from time-to-time, the price payable is the price confirmed at the time of your rally booking. Prices include VAT and are based on a daily rate unless otherwise stated.
Optional Extras which include EHU, awnings, tent porches, gazebos (up to 3 meters) and additional vehicles are subject to an additional charge which can be requested for your rally guests. The charge for each extra will be clearly communicated and added to your rally booking.
Promotions, deals or discounted offers are provided at the discretion of Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Ltd. All offers are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after such time a booking is made.
Amending a Rally Booking
Prior to your arrival you are able to amend your booking to including any optional extras for your rally guests and increase/decrease unit numbers for the rally. Any changes to your rally booking will be added to your amount due, which must be paid in full before your rally commences.
Payment
Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Ltd accept a wide variety of payment methods including Cash and Credit or Debit Card.
Rally bookings must be secured with a deposit, if required, with the full amount due before your rally commences.
Cancellations and Refunds
You must contact us by calling 01406 426085 to cancel any booking made prior to the day your rally commences. Should you wish to cancel your rally with us on arrival please speak to a member of staff.
Where possible we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your rally to a more suitable date. Rescheduling a rally is subject to price adjustments which are dependent on:
- Annual Price Reviews
- Any Applied Discounts
All price adjustments will be communicated to you, if you chose to reschedule your rally with us.
All cancellations for rally bookings are subject to the following refund scale should you choose not to reschedule:

Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Ltd reserve the right to change the refund policy based on a guests circumstances for cancelling their booking.
For any unforeseen or extortionary event which requires Rose & Crown (Holbeach) Ltd to close you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the rally or a refund. Rescheduling a rally is subject to price adjustments which are dependent on:

Site Access
Access to the site is governed by two barriered gates which require an access card in order to open, this is for the safety and security of our guests. Guests must pay a refundable deposit for an access card which is then refunded after the card is returned.
Camping Site Rules
All rallies held are held with the expectation that you will follow the usual customs of good camping and caravanning.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered
To protect our site open fires and ground level BBQs are not permitted anywhere on site. You must not cut or otherwise damage or disturb any vegetation in and around the site, this includes securing any structures, accommodation or rope swings to trees. Any wilful damage to the site or the Rose & Crown will result in you being asked to leave the site immediately and you will not receive a refund of any amount paid to us.
We operate a 5 mph speed limit on the roads around our site. All drivers must hold a valid full licence and their vehicle is taxed, insured and MOT. No motorised recreational vehicles are permitted to be used on our site.
The rally organiser is responsible for all rally guests. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times and properly behaved. This includes in the outdoor children’s play area, swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium and indoor games room.
You must ensure that you take home all items brought with you. In addition to keeping all pitches or accommodation hired to you tidy during and at the end of your stay. All rubbish and unwanted items must be disposed of in the refuse area provided.

- Chemical Waste Disposal
- Swimming Pool
- Electric Hook Up
- Bar & Restaurant
